PROPERTY giant, WestProp has rolled out the design for the development of one of Africa’s most premier Golf Estate “The Hills” to gobble US$280 million.

Last year, the company secured a High Court order to evict a previous tenant and approval to begin construction of the Hills Golf Estate and branded luxury residential and hotel development in Warren Hills, Harare.
The envisioned brand-new PGA Championship standard golf course with some exciting new features is expected to take 22 months to complete. WestProp chairman Michael Louis said the group has already begun the rollout of two multi-billion-dollar developments, Pomona City a “City within a city” as well as “The Hills.”
