THE critical minerals sub-sector will headline the upcoming Chamber of Mines of Zimbabwe’s annual general meeting and conference in Victoria Falls set for next week.
The four-day conference that attracts leading mining executives and industry stakeholders from both the private and public sectors will run from Tuesday, May 28 to 31, 2024.
Critical minerals such as copper, lithium, nickel, cobalt and rare earth elements are essential components in many of today’s rapidly growing clean energy technologies – from wind turbines and electricity networks to electric vehicles.
