ECONET Wireless Zimbabwe’s customers in Manicaland have reported high satisfaction with improved connectivity following a network upgrade from 3G to 4G technology.
This upgrade, part of a nationwide deployment of 1,000 4G base stations completed last year, has led to better voice call quality and faster mobile data speeds, enhancing the overall customer experience.
A customer survey revealed a network reliability index of 4.03 out of 5, with over 70% of respondents pleased with the improvements.
