THE National Building Society (NBS) board has appointed Sifiso Mahlangu as the new managing director effective July 1, 2024.
NBS said Mahlangu has worked for different large, listed and diversified financial institutions in various capacities as managing director, chief operating officer, director of retail and digital banking and head of operations.
“Sifiso is a seasoned executive career banker with experience spanning over 30 years of all-round cross functional banking knowledge of which more than 15 years have been at senior management and executive levels,” NBS said.
