ACTING Auditor General Rheah Kujinga has, in her latest audit report, exposed massive rot in government ministries, departments, parastatals and councils with most of the public institutions failing to account for goods and services procured.
She also flags issues of mismanagement of assets in these institutions.
The report, which was tabled before Parliament last week, unearthed how the maintenance of asset registers remained a challenge in line ministries.
