FINANCE minister Mthuli Ncube wants international financial institutions to relax their lending conditions as African countries are grappling to repay their debts.
This comes after the government in 2022 embarked on a process to clear its US$18 billion debt with international creditors with the help of the African Development Bank (AfDB) president Akinwumi Adesina and former President of Mozambique Joaquim Chissano.
