HEALTH and wellness practitioners have called on organisations to adopt wellness programmes at workplaces in order to ensure a healthy workforce hence boosting productivity.

This was said during a recent two-day annual awareness conference that ran under the theme “Reimagining and defining the practice of wellness in the workforce”.

Speaking during the conference in Penhalonga, Manicaland, an organisation that offers training services in workplaces, Renew It Trust programmes manager Mathias Rusere, emphasised the need for organisations, not to only focus on the physical, but the employees’ mental well-being as well.
