FIRST Mutual Properties has appointed Susan Mutangadura as an independent non-executive member of the board with effect from 1 August 2024.
Mutangadura is a professional with extensive qualifications and experience in law, arbitration, and corporate governance.
“Her expertise spans international arbitration, legal practice, company secretarial practice, corporate governance, tax law, strategic planning, marketing, resource mobilization, revenue growth, cost management, insurance and risk management, stakeholder management, and talent management,” the group said in a statement.
