FINANACE minister Mthuli Ncube has announced plans to list securities, such as green bonds social bonds, diaspora bonds and debt swaps, on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange.
This initiative, which was proclaimed in Ncube’s midterm fiscal policy statement, aims to bridge the financing gap and bolster economic stability as part of the government’s strategies to mobilise revenue for national development and implement NDS1 projects and programs.
