DIVERSIFIED group Zimre Holdings says it will list its Eagle Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX) in the fourth quarter this year marking a momentous step forward in the company’s real estate operations.
The Eagle REIT attained prescribed asset status from the Insurance and Pensions Commission of Zimbabwe earlier this year.
Zimre is looking at unlocking value from its investment property portfolio with the anticipated listing of the Eagle REIT.
