ZIMBABWE’S manufacturing industry has the potential to expand into regional and international markets thanks to its diversified nature, according to the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI).
Despite operational hurdles, the manufacturing sector remains a key economic pillar, contributing about 9 percent to GDP in 2023.
The sector encompasses a wide range of sub-sectors, from iron ore and steel to food processing and textiles.
