AFC HOLDINGS plans to monetise and unlock value from its vast peri-urban land as it seeks to raise capital for its subsidiaries to finance agricultural production.
The group fully owned by the government was in 2022 provided with 10 000 hectares of land worth about US$500 million by the government to capitalise its operations.
A further 30 000 hectares worth US$1,5 billion was promised.
