HARARE City Council (HCC) has suspended town clerk Hosiah Chisango on a slew of allegations, including corruptly awarding a street lights tender to a blacklisted company and extending his employment contract without approval.
In a letter dated September 30 2024, the local authority barred Chisango from its premises and purporting to act on its behalf during the suspension period.
