ZIMBABWE will host a high-level structured dialogue forum with its creditors and development partners later this month, marking a significant step towards a sustainable solution to its debt crisis.

The event, scheduled for November 25 in Harare, is part of the country’s efforts to tackle a staggering US$21 billion debt burden accumulated over two decades of defaulting on repayments.

President Emmerson Mnangagwa will address the forum, joined by prominent figures including African Development Bank Group president Akinwumi Adesina and the former President of Mozambique, Joaquim Chissano, who will facilitate the event.
