THE Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission says it is pursuing fresh investigations to ensure that suspended Harare City Council town clerk, Hosiah Chisango, and his accomplices face new charges in the fraudulent US$9 million streetlights deal.
This comes after the National Prosecuting Authority led by prosecutor Anesu Chirenje last Friday withdrew charges against Chisango, Never Murerwa, Arkims Mandaza, Denford Zhungu, and Tawanda Mutenhabundo, who are also council employees.
