THE gold and platinum group metals (PGMs) sub-sectors will headline the upcoming Chamber of Mines of Zimbabwe’s annual mining conference in Victoria Falls, set for next week.
The four-day conference will host the gold and PGM symposiums. The conference, that attracts leading mining executives and industry stakeholders from both the private and public sectors, will run from May 21 to 24.
Delegates will discuss topical issues, including the contribution of the mining sector to the economy, local content and empowerment, energy and financing solutions and ESG in the mining industry, among others.
