THE Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (Zera) has received an application from Huoyuntong Company to construct a 300 megawatts (MW) coal –fired thermal power plant in Kwekwe.
In a notice yesterday, Zera said the company was seeking a licence to construct, own, operate, and maintain the thermal power plant.
