LIVERPOOL defender Andy Robertson has had an operation on the shoulder he injured while playing for Scotland, says Reds manager Jurgen Klopp.
He was hurt in a challenge with Spain keeper Unai Simon during this month’s Euro 2024 qualifying defeat and left the pitch cradling his arm in a shirt. “He’s had his surgery and it all went well, as good as it could be,” Klopp told a news conference. “We don’t know how long it will take but the first step is done.” bbc.com
