SEPARATE gangs of unidentified armed robbers pounced on different companies and vehicles across the country and got away with over US$4 535 505 and R24 200 this month alone.
Police national spokesperson Paul Nyathi this week confirmed the spate of armed robberies that occurred this month and said investigations were underway.
The largest heist was when armed robbers pounced on a security transit vehicle at Ecobank in Bulawayo and got away with US$4 million.
