ONE of the leading banks in the country, Time Bank has offered the government a loan of US$35 billion to compensate white farmers and other groups of people in an inclusive manner.
This comes as the government is continuing to push for a settlement with white former commercial farmers who lost their land during the county`s chaotic agrarian reform programme of the early 2000s.
