BULAWAYO City Council (BCC) has partnered Wetskills Foundation, a Netherlands organisation, to equip academic experts and young professionals with skills meant to assist in tackling water challenges in the country.
This comes as the country’s second largest city has been perennially struggling to supply adequate potable water—exposing residents to waterborne diseases.
