CALEDONIA Mining Corporation remains optimistic about achieving its gold production targets for 2024, despite recording lower output at Blanket mine, its flagship asset-in the third quarter ending September 30, 2024.
The company reported a modest decline in gold production at its Blanket with output falling to 18,992 ounces from 21,772 ounces during the same period last year.
Despite the quarterly dip, Caledonia’s overall gold production for the nine months leading up to September has increased, reaching 56,815 ounces compared to 55,244 ounces in the corresponding period of 2023.
