THE Bulawayo City Council (BCC) says it is planning to expand revenue generation strategies in a bid to sustain its proposed water utility.
This comes as stakeholders have implored BCC to develop strategies that leverage resources from other departments so as to sustain the proposed water utility.
Speaking during a stakeholders meeting yesterday, BCC chamber of secretary Sikhangele Zhou said BCC was strengthening efforts to ensure the water utility becomes a successful project.
