DAIRIBORD Holdings has appointed Lackson Mundira as an independent non-executive director with effect from August 1, 2024, the company said in a statement.
Mundira has over 20 years extensive experience in ICT operations in the areas of cybersecurity, risk and control, program management, digital and analytics, business process automation and digital transformation.
“We wish Lackson the greatest success in this new role and anticipate that his experience, innovative ideas and perspectives will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth and progress,” Dairibord company secretary Maurice Karimupfumbi said.
