HARARE City Council is probing alleged cases of space barons who are duping residents of their hard earned money claiming it is for an ongoing council stand verification exercise.
This comes as residents in Harare’s southern suburbs of Hopley, Churu and Hunyani are losing money to space barons who are collecting US$50 to US$150 from them ostensibly for onward transmission to Harare City Council as residential stands verification fees.
