THREE City of Harare bosses who allegedly took part in the illegal awarding of a US$9 million street light rehabilitation tender to Juluka Enndo Joint Venture, a company owned by the incarcerated Moses Mpofu and Mike Chimombe had their bail appeal dismissed by the High Court.
The three are Jabulani Mukomazi, Denford Zhungu and Twanda Mutenhabundo.
