THE review of civil servants’ salaries has been stalled by an ongoing job evaluation exercise by the Public Service Commission (PSC).
This comes as the PSC seeks to address potential misalignment between job descriptions, grades, responsibilities, and salaries. It also comes after teachers submitted a petition to the government recently seeking an immediate relief package to address pressing needs before the resumption of the second term last week.
