FIRST Capital Bank (FCB) has appointed Tapera Mushoriwa as Managing director, taking over from Ciaran McSharry who has been with the bank since 2018.
Tapera has extensive banking experience, including internationally, and joins from NBS bank where his role was also Managing Director.
Meanwhile, the bank says Ciaran has offered support through the end of September.
