THE High Court has barred the National Social Security Authority (Nssa) and the Harare City Council (HCC) from further developing stands in Kuwadzana and Glaudina, Harare, and also not to interfere with the rights of the owners of the pieces of land.
This comes after the owners, Biggie Mwoyoweshumba and Phillip Gardner, have sought a court order to interdict Nssa and HCC from doing any form of construction work at their properties.
