PROSPECT Resources (Prospect) says the Phase 3 drilling programme at its Step Aside mine is in progress, targeting significant strike and depth extensions of high-grade lithium mineralisation.
The mining and exploration firm acquired the potential high grade lithium deposit, Step Aside Mine, last year, located within the Archaean Harare Greenstone Belt.
“Over 2,500m of drilling was completed by the end of the September quarter, which successfully culminated in the discovery of a new spodumene mineralised pegmatite, WinBin,” Prospect said in an update.
