RETAILERS are pleading with authorities to remove value added tax on rice and potato seeds.
In a letter dated October 4 to Finance minister Mthuli Ncube, the president of the confederation of Zimbabwe Retailers Denford Mutashu said cabinet’s decision on zero VAT on rice and potato seeds should be implemented without further delay.
