HOSPITALITY firm Rainbow Tourism Group (RTG) occupancy rate for the first half of the year to June 30, 2024 breached the 50 percent mark for the first time ever, settling at 52 percent and indicating a higher than pre-Covid-19 pandemic demand for hotel services.
Hotel business during the first half of the year is traditionally lukewarm as holiday-makers tend to settle for peak-festive season during the second half of the year.
