BULAWAYO City Council (BCC) has concluded plans to start constructing the US$100 million Glass Block Bopoma Dam, despite some residents’ reservations about the project.
A water purchase agreement is set to be signed by the main contractor, JRG Construction, the BCC, and the Zimbabwe National Water Authority (Zinwa), paving the way for construction to begin.
