POSTAL services provider, Zimpost, has transformed its operations to meet changing global demands, digitalising and allowing for decentralised services, making them more accessible and efficient.
This was said by Zimpost postmaster general Maxwell Chitendeni in an interview.
“We are so excited that we are transforming Zimpost in line with the National Development Strategy 1. We have moved ourselves from the traditional post office that you used to know.
“We are now more than just letters and stamps. We have managed to come up with digital counters where people are able to transact in the comfort of their homes through what we call the virtual post office,” he said.
