THE Bulawayo City Council (BCC) has completed the draft valuation roll of all properties in the city to enable the local authority to craft developmental strategies and improve service delivery.
This comes as the BCC launched a general revaluation and assessment of properties with evaluators set to make scheduled visits across the city to be able to charge residents and businesses accurate rentals.
In a statement yesterday, the BCC town clerk, Christopher Dube, said property owners could now have access to the valuation roll.
