SHELTER Afrique Development Bank (ShafDB) has extended a US$15 million credit facility to the CBZ Bank for housing development and mortgage origination.
This financial injection would further strengthen the bank’s position in the real estate sector.
At the signing of the US$15 million credit facility in Harare yesterday, ShafDB group chief business officer, Gibson Mapfidza, said the agreement was a testament to the strong trust and confidence between the two organisations.
