LOCAL firms say the operating environment remains volatile because of currency uncertainty, persistent power shortages, drought effects, and geopolitical tension spillover effects.
Companies listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange said the first half of the year has been “challenging and highly complex,” characterised by regulatory policy changes which saw the introduction of a new currency.
