GOVERNMENT is set to submit the Mines and Mineral Amendment Bill before Parliament in a fortnight for consideration.
This comes as the Bill seeks to effect several changes to the old mining law, including recognition of artisanal and small-scale miners, clarity on farmer and miner disputes and other disputes over mining rights.
