PLANS are at an advanced stage by authorities for the rehabilitation of the Beitbridge-Bulawayo-Victoria Falls highway under a public-private partnership (PPP) deal to promote business and tourism in the country.
This was confirmed by Information minister Jenfan Muswere yesterday while addressing a post-Cabinet press briefing in Harare.
The PPP deal would be between the government and Bitumen World under a design, build, operate, and transfer contract.
