THE Hwange Local Board has flagged over 500 properties for unpaid land value balances and servicing fees, prompting the local authority to launch an urgent verification exercise.
This move comes after it was revealed that many property owners had failed to pay their dues.
As a result, acting town secretary Paulos Mabhureni called upon property owners to verify the status of their stands and settle any outstanding land value or servicing fees.
