THE Insurance Council of Zimbabwe (ICZ), in partnership with St Giles Rehabilitation Centre, has donated assistive devices to 60 road accident victims and disadvantaged individuals.
This initiative is part of ICZ’s ongoing corporate social responsibility program. The donations, funded by proceeds from ICZ’s annual charity golf tournament held in March, include wheelchairs and walking aids for St Giles Rehabilitation Centre.
ICZ Chairman David Nyabadza emphasized the alignment of this initiative with the Council’s broader CSR investment strategy. “A significant portion of our business, up to 45 percent, is derived from motor insurance,” Nyabadza said.
