FINANCE Minister, MthulI Ncube will tomorrow present his mid-term budget review amid fears that the current relative stability in the prices of basic goods could be under threat.
This comes as organised business has confirmed that it is once again finding it difficult to access foreign currency for its critical needs on official markets, raising concerns that this could negatively affect prices and the country’s new currency, the ZiG, going forward.
In this regard, Zimbabweans want Ncube to come up with more measures to ensure the stability and wider use of the ZiG, while also taking other steps that will help to keep prices of goods steady.
