TECHNOLOGY experts have implored the banking sector to improve utilisation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in financial technology (Fintech) to combat fraud and enhance security.
Speaking on the side-lines of a Computer Society of Zimbabwe (CSZ) winter school in Bulawayo over the weekend, the head of technology services at BancABC, George Chinomona, said prioritisation of AI would improve accuracy in detecting anomalies.
