THE country’s power utility, Zesa, says it has come up with a cocktail of measures to address the continuations of load shedding in the country.
This comes as ordinary people and businesses are reeling after Zesa ramped up its load-shedding schedules following a major fault at the key Hwange Power Plant late last week.
The under-pressure power utility confirmed at the weekend that it had lost 300 megawatts at Hwange after the plant’s new Unit 8 generator unexpectedly developed a major fault.
