BUSINESSWOMAN and philanthropist Fortunate Kufakunesu has been recognised by the internationally-acclaimed Women Changing the World Awards.
The Women Changing the World Awards, presented by the United Kingdom Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson and Zimbabwe-born scholar humanitarian and author Tererai Trent, are a global awards programme recognising the work of incredible women making a positive difference in the world across a range of industries and areas.
Kufakunesu was presented the first prize in the non-profit category at a glitzy awards dinner in London recently in recognition of her dedication to empowering underprivileged young girls and women in Zimbabwe.
