ZIMPLOW has embarked on a strategic restructuring exercise to contain costs through unbundling clusters to improve efficiencies in the separate business units.
This follows a disappointing performance in the six months to June 30, 2024 attributed to the adverse impact of the El-Niño-induced drought on its flagship agriculture cluster.
