THE Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (Zimra) has directed insurance companies not to issue vehicle insurance to public transport operators without valid tax clearance certificates.
This comes as authorities move to widen the country’s stretched coffers from the beginning of next year by reeling the rampant informal sector into the system.
